Heidelberg Materials North America operates over 450 locations across the U.S. and Canada with approximately 9,000 employees. Heidelberg Materials is seeking a Maintenance Mechanic to inspect, maintain, and repair crushers, conveyors, and other quarry equipment at our sites.

Role requires welding, cutting, fabrication, and the ability to read maintenance manuals and drawings. You will work with operations teams to improve equipment performance and ensure safe plant operations.

Formación

• Demonstrated mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot industrial equipment in heavy manufacturing/mining/aggregate environments.
• Experience with conveyors, crushers, pumps, hydraulic systems, and plant equipment.
• Ability to safely perform welding, cutting, fabrication, and repair tasks.
• Commitment to safety, teamwork, and operational excellence.
• Ability to read and interpret maintenance manuals, equipment drawings, and repair procedures.

Responsabilidades

• Inspect, maintain, and repair crushers, conveyors, screens, and quarry equipment.
• Diagnose mechanical issues and perform repairs to minimize downtime.
• Complete preventive maintenance to support safe, reliable plant operations.
• Perform welding, cutting, fabrication, and modifications as needed.
• Collaborate with operations and maintenance teams to improve equipment performance.
