Job description

Quality Inn & Suites is seeking a reliable and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team on a full-time, Temporary. This position is ideal for someone who has hands‑on experience with general building maintenance and is looking for a part‑day schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on equipment and facilities.
• Respond to maintenance requests in a timely and efficient manner.
• Repair and maintain basic plumbing, lighting, and electrical systems.
• Assist with basic carpentry, painting, flooring and minor construction tasks.

Required:

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a maintenance or facilities role.
• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, Flooring and general repairs
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks as needed.
