Job summary

The Plex in San Jose seeks a reliable Facilities & Maintenance Technician to help keep the venue safe, clean, and fully functional for sports, events, and dining. You will perform routine inspections, complete preventive maintenance and minor repairs, address basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry and painting needs, and assist with event setup and breakdown.

The part-time position requires punctuality, attention to safety, and the ability to work evenings, weekends, or holidays based on facility

• Experience in maintenance, construction, handyman, or related fields.

Our 3 operating businesses (The Plex Athletic Club, Sports, and The Penalty Box Bar and Grill) offers 240,000 square feet of entertainment space under one roof where you will find everything you need for fun, fitness, family activities, food & beverage, parties, and social events. Open 7-days a week, our facility offers an arcade of games, bocce ball, bouncy houses, wall climbing, cornhole, darts, pizza, sushi, tapas, a vast beer wall and so much more.

The Plex is seeking a reliable, hands-on Facilities & Maintenance Technician to help maintain our sports, fitness, entertainment, and event facility.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine facility inspections

Schedule Part-time hours. Evening, weekend, and holiday availability may be required based on facility and event schedules.
