Job summary

Northwood Ravin is seeking a Maintenance Technician to diagnose and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical and appliance issues across multiple systems. You will complete service requests with a focus on first-time resolution and resident satisfaction, and perform preventative maintenance to reduce failures and extend asset life.

The role supports apartment turns to ensure units are move-in ready and emphasizes independent, accountable work.

Qualifications

• Solid foundation in multifamily maintenance or a related trade.
• Hands-on experience with HVAC, plumbing and electrical systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot, prioritize and execute in a fast-paced environment.
