Northwood Ravin is seeking a Maintenance Technician to manage service requests across HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and appliances in The Townhomes at Bridlestone - Pineville, NC. The role emphasizes diagnosing issues, efficient repairs, and preventive maintenance to keep the community running smoothly.

The position is full-time, with a Monday–Friday schedule, some weekends, and evenings as part of on-call rotations.

The Opportunity

In this position, you will manage service requests and maintenance operations across multiple systems, with a focus on efficient troubleshooting, quality repairs, and minimizing repeat issues.

• Diagnosing and repairing HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance issues
• Completing service requests with a focus on first-time resolution and resident satisfaction
• Performing preventative maintenance to reduce system failures and extend asset life
• Supporting apartment turns to ensure units are fully prepared and move-in ready
• Identifying issues early through inspections and proactive maintenance, while suggesting long term solutions.

This is a role for someone who is technically strong, works independently, and takes accountability for delivering repairs that are done right the first time.

What You Bring to the Team

You have a solid foundation multifamily maintenance or a related trade, with hands-on experience in HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems, and the ability to troubleshoot, prioritize, and execute in a fast-paced environment.
