Job summary

Northwood Ravin is seeking a Maintenance Technician for Palladian Place in Durham, NC. In this full-time role, you will manage service requests and maintenance operations across multiple systems, focusing on efficient troubleshooting and high-quality repairs to keep the community running smoothly.

Responsibilities include diagnosing HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance issues, performing preventative maintenance, and supporting apartment turns to ensure units are ready for move-in.

Qualifications

• Solid foundation in multifamily maintenance or related trade.
• Hands-on experience with HVAC, plumbing and electrical systems.
• Able to troubleshoot, prioritize and execute in a fast-paced environment.

• Complete service requests with a focus on first-time resolution.

The Opportunity

In this position, you will manage service requests and maintenance operations across multiple systems, with a focus on efficient troubleshooting, quality repairs, and minimizing repeat issues.

• Diagnosing and repairing HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance issues
• Completing service requests with a focus on first-time resolution and resident satisfaction
• Performing preventative maintenance to reduce system failures and extend asset life
• Supporting apartment turns to ensure units are fully prepared and move-in ready
• Identifying issues early through inspections and proactive maintenance, while suggesting long term solutions.

What You Bring to the Team

You have a solid foundation multifamily maintenance or a related trade, with hands-on experience in HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems, and the ability to troubleshoot, prioritize, and execute in a fast-paced environment.
