Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine daily visual inspections.
• Complete work orders as assigned.
• Maintain property appearance including lawn care, snow removal, landscaping, cleaning, and light repairs.
• Clean or refurbish vacated units for quick turnover.
• Perform general repairs such as locks, doors, latches.
