Job summary

The Management Group is seeking a Maintenance Technician in Vancouver, WA to support residents by addressing maintenance requests, performing turnovers, and ensuring building systems are reliable and safe.

You will work with the property management team, diagnose issues, perform inspections, and contribute to a well-maintained living environment. Competitive pay and benefits are offered.

This role follows a Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM schedule with growth opportunities within the company.

Qualifications

• Experience in maintenance or property management preferred.
• Ability to diagnose and fix common systems.
• Strong communication and teamwork.
