Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist with maintenance operations and repairs of the property.
• Perform preventative maintenance and daily inspections.
• Monitor inventory of parts and supplies.
• Report time and attendance; coordinate with supervisor.
• Be available on weekends and after hours for emergencies.
