Qualifications

• Minimum 2–5 years of general building repair and maintenance experience.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and climb ladders as needed.
• Valid state driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work independently or in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair building equipment, systems, and operations.
• Repair plumbing, lighting, doors, and related components.
• Perform interior repairs: ceilings, drywall, painting, flooring, fixtures.
• Ensure safety procedures and housekeeping are followed.
• Respond to emergencies 24x7 and document work performed.
