Job summary

Cascade Management, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician II to maintain and repair multiple properties in WA, including Mt Vernon and Everett. You will handle painting, plumbing, janitorial tasks, and appliance upkeep while coordinating with the Community Manager on maintenance needs.

Expect up to 40 hours/week, with travel to sites as required and a compensation range of $25.00–$35.00 per hour plus benefits. Valid CDL not required but a license is needed.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years related experience in a trade such as electrical, plumbing and painting.
• Associate degree (A.A.) preferred, or equivalent education and experience.
• Valid Driver’s License and insurance are required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain building by performing minor and routine painting, plumbing, janitorial, routine appliance upkeep, and related maintenance.
• Ensure repairs are timely and appropriate.
• Initiate and oversee maintenance projects up to $300; PM approval needed above that.
• Monitor safety issues and perform inspections as directed.
• Prepare maintenance requests and work orders within 3-5 days.
