Job summary

Green Alpha Property Management is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support two North Augusta, SC apartment complexes. You will handle maintenance and repair tasks across HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and related systems to keep properties in top condition and ensure a positive tenant experience.

Speed and a sense of urgency are valued to resolve work orders efficiently. You will report to the Maintenance Manager in a full-time role (40 hours/week) and contribute to preventative maintenance

Qualifications

• HVAC, mechanical, plumbing and electrical experience preferred.
• 1+ years of maintenance experience.
• Various system experience (Excel, Word, etc) required.
• Computer experience required.
• Strong honesty, integrity and work ethic.
• Positive attitude and enthusiasm.
• Driver's license and ability to travel to properties.
• Legal ability to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Respond timely to requests/work orders and ensure efficient problem resolution.
• Support preventative maintenance strategies amongst complexes.
• Ensure facilities and systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, painting, exterior) are in good working order.
• Ensure units are 100% ready for move-in using checklists and site visits.
• Update and maintain work orders in AppFolio.
• Maintain clean properties and remove debris throughout complexes.
