Qualifications

• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities for tracking.
• Regular property inspections to identify and address issues.

Compensation:

$23 - $28+ per hour depending on experience

Responsibilities:

• Manage other maintenance requests as required
• Examine building windows, walls, and doors for damage and perform repairs when needed
• Conduct routine maintenance on equipment and systems such as HVAC units, plumbing fixtures, and electrical wiring to make sure they’re operating efficiently and make any needed repairs

• Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure properties are in top condition, enhancing the living experience for our residents.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical issues promptly, minimizing downtime and maintaining high standards of service.
• Collaborate with team members to develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules, ensuring long-term property value.
• Respond swiftly to emergency maintenance requests, providing peace of mind to residents and property owners.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, helping us track progress and identify areas for improvement.
• Inspect properties regularly to identify potential issues, proactively addressing them before they escal.
• Communicate effectively with residents and team members, fostering a positive and cooperative environment for all parties involved.

• Must have a working cell phone, reliable transportation, and maintenance tools.
• Prefer EPA and CPO certification
