Valid driver’s license required

Responsibilities

Perform routine maintenance and repairs including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and basic HVAC work
Maintain Park grounds (mowing, trimming, trash removal, and general landscaping)
Inspect and repair common areas, roads, and utility systems
Respond promptly to maintenance requests from residents
Prepare lots and homes for new residents (cleaning, repairs, minor renovations)
Monitor property for safety issues and ensure compliance with local codes
Operate and maintain tools and equipment safely
