Job summary

Landmark Properties in Coral Gables, FL is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support our community's upkeep and protect the asset's value. You will assist with interior and exterior repairs and provide strong resident service.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years' experience in electrical, plumbing, and appliance repair; excellent communication skills; and HVAC certification is preferred. Computer literacy is also desirable.

Qualifications

• 2 years’ experience with electrical, plumbing, and appliance repair.
• Excellent communication and people skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, professional, and OSHA approved work environment.
• Assist with maintenance operations and repairs of the property.
• Assist with monitoring inventory of parts and supplies.
• Perform preventative maintenance.
• Report time and attendance; daily inspections of the community.
