Job summary

Alro Steel Corporation in Orlando, FL is seeking an experienced Maintenance Specialist to join our team. You will be responsible for maintaining and repairing propane forklifts and sideloaders, as well as horizontal bandsaws, and general building maintenance.

We value hands-on technicians who troubleshoot electrical and mechanical systems, perform minor plumbing and welding, manage records, and work independently to keep production running smoothly.

Qualifications

Electrical troubleshooting/repair of AC and DC systems.
Mechanical troubleshooting/repair of hydraulic, pneumatic and mechanical systems.
Minor plumbing, carpentry and welding repairs.
Organize paperwork and perform recordkeeping through databases.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Inventory and order consumables and repair parts.

Responsibilities

Maintain and repair propane forklifts.
Maintain and repair propane sideloaders.
Maintain and repair horizontal steel-cutting bandsaws.
Perform building maintenance.
