Job summary

KITO CROSBY in Elizabethtown, PA is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform preventative and corrective maintenance across production machinery and facilities. This entry-level role supports installation, repairs, and coordinating maintenance records in a two-site operation in Elizabethtown and Manheim.

The position requires basic electrical/pneumatic understanding, solid maintenance methods, and effective communication to coordinate with vendors and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience as a maintenance technician
• Basic understanding of electrical, pneumatic, and other systems
• Strong understanding of general maintenance processes and methods
• Experience in operating a variety of equipment, including snow blowers, powered tools, and floor scrubbers
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
• Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• Ability to maintain positive vendor and client relationships

Responsibilities

• Perform all routine preventative maintenance to production & facility equipment at both facilities.
• Troubleshoot and perform required repairs to production & facility equipment at both facilities.
• Manage PM Coordinator maintenance software to maintain proper records of maintenance program.
• Installation of new and existing equipment
• Work with outside vendors and service providers to accomplish required tasks.
