Job summary

StatLab Medical Products is hiring a maintenance technician for 100% onsite work in McKinney, TX. The role performs preventive and corrective maintenance on production machinery, supports changeovers per schedule, and ensures safety and quality standards are met.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years in production environment repairing and maintaining custom machinery.
• Strong understanding of predictive and preventative maintenance processes; mechanical, electrical, and electronic troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and respond to line downtime; assist with changeovers and adjustments to maximize productivity.
• Lead and support continuous improvement projects; train new employees on equipment troubleshooting and maintenance.
• Document adjustments, maintenance activities, waste disposal, and safety procedures; support facilities maintenance as needed.
