Job summary

Jobvite, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Assistant to support our community facilities with a range of repair and upkeep tasks. The role involves performing both routine and small emergency maintenance to keep buildings and equipment in good condition and ensure resident comfort.

You will work closely with the Maintenance Director, handle tasks efficiently, and help create a safe, welcoming environment for residents and staff. The position is full-time with 8am-4pm hours and rotating weekends.

Responsibilities

• Fix small and large problems to keep facilities running smoothly.
• Perform routine maintenance to ensure buildings and equipment are in good condition.
• Report to the Maintenance Director on systems, issues and remedies.
• Respond quickly and effectively to maintenance requests to keep residents safe.
• Keep work areas clean and follow safety rules at all times.
