Flaherty & Collins Properties is seeking a Maintenance Technician at Ninety7Fifty On The Park in Orland Park, IL. You will perform routine and preventative maintenance, address resident requests, and assist with turnovers to ensure units are move-in ready.

Ideal candidates have hands-on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general repair skills, are team players, and committed to safety and quality workmanship. Weekend/evening coverage and after-hours readiness may be required.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent.
• HVAC, plumbing, electrical skills required or demonstrated.
• Ability to perform routine and preventative maintenance tasks.
• Able to respond to maintenance requests promptly and professionally.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and preventative maintenance on property systems and equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical and related systems.
• Address and resolve resident maintenance requests promptly and professionally.
• Conduct property inspections to identify maintenance needs.
• Assist with unit turnovers and after-hours emergencies; participate in on-call rotations.
