Job summary

National Church Residences seeks a Maintenance Technician for Princeton Court in College Park, GA. The role covers HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance to keep the property in excellent condition.

Ideal candidates will be HVAC certified (EPA Universal preferred) and able to work independently or with a team, responding to resident requests and handling on-call emergencies while upholding safety and company policies.

Qualifications

• HVAC Certification is required (EPA Universal preferred).
• Experience in apartment or residential property maintenance.
• Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and appliance repairs.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving and customer service skills.
• Availability for on-call emergency maintenance as scheduled.

The ideal candidate must be HVAC certified and capable of handling a variety of maintenance tasks to ensure the property remains in excellent condition.
