Job summary

Superior Industries Inc. in Prescott Valley, AZ, is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform preventative maintenance, troubleshoot and repair production equipment, and document all maintenance activities for accurate tracking.

You will handle parts quotes, assist with yard upkeep and snow removal, operate equipment safely, and collaborate with a team to keep facilities clean and running smoothly. A strong mechanical background and willingness to learn are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Knowledgeable in Hydraulics, Air systems and pneumatic controls, Electrical systems, Automotive, Machining, CNC, Robotics, Weld equipment, Plumbing, HVAC
• Strong Troubleshooting skills, ability to think outside the box
• Willing to learn and adapt to changing technologies and needs of the company
• Good organizational skills
• Able to communicate well and excel in a team environment
• Willing to call tech support or communicate via email to get help with breakdowns
• Willing to work flexible hours
• Foresight to see and complete work without guidance
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload

Responsibilities

• Preventative Maintenance: Organize, implement, and conduct preventative maintenance on production equipment and buildings.
• Repair Work: Perform troubleshooting and necessary repair work on production equipment to ensure optimal functioning.
• Maintenance Documentation: Record the date, time, and details of maintenance work performed for accurate tracking and reporting.
• Research parts needed / get quotes and communicate with machine vendors when needed.
• Facility Upkeep: Perform yard maintenance and snow removal to ensure safe and clean premises as needed
• Safe Equipment Operation: Operate equipment in a 100% safe manner following appropriate regulations, policies, and procedures.
• Other duties as assigned
