The role involves reading schematics, documenting procedures, and training operators in Autonomous Maintenance. At White Cap, expect on-site work with hands-on problem solving and collaboration with maintenance teams.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required or strongly preferred.
• 2–5 years of experience in maintenance or related area.

Responsibilities

• Provides technical support in production, operations, maintenance, safety and testing.
• Performs testing and troubleshooting using schematics and plans.
• Conducts preventative maintenance and repairs on equipment and systems (mechanical/electrical).
• Documents equipment modifications and maintenance procedures in technical reports.
• Oversees contract maintenance activities as needed.
• Trains Operators on Autonomous Maintenance and develops PM/AM procedures.
