KW PROPERTY MANAGEMENT AND CONSULTING is seeking a Maintenance Tech to install, troubleshoot, repair and maintain building equipment to support the site’s business goals and safety.

This full-time role, Monday–Friday 8am–4:30pm in Florida, pays $23 per hour. You will read manuals, diagnose problems, perform preventive maintenance, use hand and power tools, and coordinate with vendors. Strong time management and communication skills are essential for emergency responses.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years as a Maintenance Tech with responsibilities of managing direct reports.
• Experience in building trades, repair and replacement maintenance.
• Ability to be at the work location and react quickly to emergencies (within 30 minutes).
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to provide professional reports and recommendations to Property Manager and Client.

Responsabilités

• Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform maintenance.
• Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, test and adjust.
• Perform regular preventive maintenance on machines and equipment.
• Use hand and power tools and material handling equipment.
• Drywall repairs.
• Detect faulty operations and report issues to supervision.
• Comply with safety regulations and keep work areas clean.
• Receive and complete work orders from residents.
• Maintain records of maintenance procedures.
• Order parts and supplies as needed.
• Maintain all work and common areas clean and debris-free.
• Respond to emergency maintenance requests and be on call.
