Job summary
New Hudson Facades is seeking a reliable Maintenance Technician to support facility operations by performing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting equipment issues, and keeping production systems running smoothly.
You will work closely with production teams to minimize downtime, perform electrical and basic mechanical repairs, and uphold a safe, clean work environment in Linwood, PA. Experience with lean practices and robotics is a plus.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician or similar role.
- Electrical and/or welding experience preferred.
- Basic knowledge of plumbing and compressed air systems.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Technical certification in maintenance or related field preferred.
Responsibilities
- Perform preventive maintenance on facility equipment and production machinery.
- Troubleshoot equipment issues by observation and diagnostics.
- Repair and rebuild parts using machining capabilities.
- Coordinate maintenance schedules with production planning.
- Maintain a safe, organized work environment and follow regulations.
- Train operators on proper equipment use and basic maintenance.
- Manage maintenance supplies, inventory, and ordering.
