Job summary

QuikCut, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform preventive maintenance on all machines and equipment and to diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues. The role involves using Maintain X software to track activities, scheduling, and inventory.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently or with a team while adhering to safety policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or associate degree preferred.
• Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician or in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Willingness to work flexible hours as needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance on all machines and equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues in a timely manner.
• Manage and maintain the Maintain X software for tracking maintenance activities, scheduling, and inventory management.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits of machinery to identify potential issues before they become critical.
• Collaborate with the production team to schedule maintenance activities without disrupting operations.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and parts inventory.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Provide training and support to other team members on proper maintenance procedures and the use of Maintain X software.
