Job summary

Diagnosing faults and performing repairs are core parts of the role. The position requires a craft apprenticeship or equivalent and at least 3 years of manufacturing experience with hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical and PLC skills.

Qualifications

• 3 years of manufacturing experience with hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical and PLC skills.
• Ability to read mechanical drawings, manuals and apply repair procedures.
• Ability to manage priorities and multiple projects.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics.
• Ability to perform calibrations, installation and maintenance of process instrumentation.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain production equipment and plant facilities.
• Perform scheduled maintenance during machine service.
• Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs of production equipment.
• Read equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance.
• Perform mechanical, electrical, and plumbing tasks as needed.
• Ensure safety regulations are followed and areas are clean and orderly.
