Job summary

MKRS Staffing LLC is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Technician to support preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of manufacturing equipment and facility systems in our FDA-regulated dietary supplement operation.

You will work on tablet presses, blister packaging, HVAC, and related systems, ensuring equipment remains in safe, compliant condition and downtime is minimized through proactive maintenance and rapid response to issues.

Responsibilities

• Develop, schedule, and execute a preventive maintenance program for manufacturing equipment.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and control system issues on production lines.
• Assist with installation, setup, and qualification of new equipment.
• Support calibration activities and maintain records per cGMP.
• Adhere to safety, LOTO, and PPE requirements; document downtime and actions.
