Job summary

MKRS STAFFING LLC in Las Vegas is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Technician to perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot, repair, and keep manufacturing equipment and building systems in audit-ready condition.

You will support calibration, equipment installation and qualification, and safety/compliance programs in a fast-paced, FDA-regulated environment. 3+ years of experience in manufacturing maintenance is required, with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to lift up to 75 lbs.

Qualifications

3+ years of hands-on maintenance in a manufacturing setting (pharma/nutraceutical preferred).
Proficiency with mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
Experience with PM programs and CMMS.
Knowledge of cGMP and OSHA safety standards.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute a preventive maintenance program for all equipment and facilities.
Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues to minimize downtime.
Assist with installation, qualification (IQ/OQ/PQ) of new equipment.
Support calibration activities and maintain records per cGMP.
Ensure safety procedures, lockout/tagout, and proper PPE usage.
Maintain maintenance logs and support internal audits.
