Job summary

Qualifications
- Minimum 3–5 years experience in industrial maintenance or machine tool operation
- 2-year vocational or associate degree in machine tool or related technical discipline preferred
- HVAC experience preferred
- Able to read blueprints and schematics
- Able to perform light machining and welding
Responsibilities
- Repair, install, and maintain machinery, equipment, and electrical systems per specs and blueprints
- Clean and lubricate shafts, bearings, gears, and parts
- Dismantle machines to install parts or repair components
- Operate cutting torch or welding equipment as needed
- Fabricate and repair counters, benches, partitions, and structures
- Record maintenance using company software and logs
- Inspect and test machinery with electrical/electronic tools
- Perform building and facility maintenance tasks as required
- Support safety audits and lock-out/tag-out procedures
- Coordinate with EH&S and engineering for safe operation
