Wanner Engineering Inc, located in Minneapolis, MN, is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to perform scheduled maintenance, repairs, and service on CNC machines and production equipment. You will troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems and support a robust preventive maintenance program.

The role requires reading schematics, basic metrology, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong hands-on experience maintaining and repairing CNC machines and production equipment.
• Experience with multiple CNC machine types preferred.
• Experience troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Ability to read and understand mechanical and electrical diagrams, prints and schematics.

Aufgaben

• Perform scheduled maintenance, repairs, and machine service work based on work orders and project needs.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical issues on production equipment.
• Support and help manage Wanner Engineering’s preventive maintenance program.
• Install, adjust, disassemble, replace, reassemble, and maintain equipment to minimize downtime.
• Source parts, coordinate with vendors or contractors, and support cost-effective repair solutions.
• Fabricate or modify hardware for repairs when needed.
• Assist with facility maintenance and cross-functional projects as needed.
• Work safely, maintain a clean work area, and contribute to a positive, team-oriented environment.
