Triumvirate Environmental in Casa Grande, AZ is seeking a hands-on Electromechanical Technician to maintain and troubleshoot automated process equipment, electrical distribution, PLCs, instrumentation, and motor controls. You will perform preventive maintenance, document repairs, and collaborate with Operations, EHS, and contractors to minimize downtime.

Competenze

• Associate’s degree in electrical technology or related field.
• 5+ years of leadership technical experience in an automated facility environment.
• Working knowledge of electrical systems, motor controls, VFDs and mechanical drive systems.
• Ability to read electrical schematics, P&IDs, and troubleshoot automated equipment.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check, drug screen, and respirator medical clearance and fit test.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs, climb ladders and platforms, and work in confined spaces and in Arizona's summer heat while wearing PPE.
• Valid driver’s license
• Must be eligible to work in the United States without future sponsorship
• Must have a reliable form of transportation
• Must be willing to consent to background checks and drug screens including THC
• Must be able to lift 60 pounds regularly
• Ability to work overtime regularly
• Must be willing to work flexible hours (Mon–Fri)
• Must be able to report within 1 hour during Emergency Response rotating shifts
• Role involves handling hazardous chemicals and waste; safety-sensitive.

Mansioni

• Working within an automated equipment environment interfacing with electrical distribution, controls and PLCs with sensors and motor controls.
• Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain process and support equipment including pumps, motors, conveyors, mixers, compressors, valves, and control systems.
• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on schedule and document repairs and inspections.
• Diagnose faults in electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems using schematics and diagnostic tools.
• Follow LOTO, confined space, and hot work procedures on every job.
• Wear PPE, including respiratory protection, when working near waste handling areas.
• Support compliance with EPA/RCRA and ADEQ requirements.
• Respond to process equipment problems to support operations and minimize downtime.
• Collaborate with operations, EHS, and contractors to reduce downtime.
• Rotating on-call responsibilities as part of Emergency Response team.
