Tailwater Lodge Altmar, Tapestry Collection by Hilton is seeking a Full Time Maintenance Technician to work the PM Shift. Join a team that supports outdoor adventures and guest comfort in a luxury setting.

Responsibilities include maintaining building systems, performing repairs, and completing daily work orders with a focus on safety and guest satisfaction. The role requires a positive attitude and reliability for a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• Two years of maintenance experience.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, organized and hazard-free work area.
• Understand building components and systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing) and perform basic repairs.
• Multitask between ongoing projects and daily work orders.
• Follow maintenance procedures and safety guidelines.
• Operate outdoor equipment as needed.
• Communicate effectively with guests and co-workers to complete work orders.
• Complete preventive maintenance assignments and assist other departments as needed.

MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN | TAILWATER LODGE

Tailwater Lodge Altmar, Tapestry Collection by Hilton is currently seeking a Full Time Maintenance Technician to work the PM Shift.

Responsibilities:

• Basic understanding of building components, HVAC, electrical, carpentry, landscaping, snow removal and plumbing a plus
• Maintain a clean, organized and hazard free work area at all times
• Ability to multitask between on-going projects and daily work orders
• Follow all maintenance procedures and safety guidelines
• Operation of outdoor equipment
• Must be able to communicate effectively and accurately with guests and co-workers in order to complete daily work orders
• Complete various preventive maintenance assignments
• Works in conjunction with other departments as needed

Qualifications:

• Must possess a positive attitude
• Two Years of Maintenance experience
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Must have a valid drivers license
