Job summary

Tailwater Lodge Altmar, a Tapestry Collection by Hilton, is seeking a Full Time Maintenance Technician to work the PM shift. Set on the Salmon River, the property offers outdoor adventures, a pool, spa and dining experiences.

Candidates should have at least two years of maintenance experience, a valid driver's license, and the ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays. Join our team for competitive wages, benefits and growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Basic understanding of building components, HVAC, electrical, carpentry, landscaping, snow removal and plumbing a plus
• Maintain a clean, organized and hazard free work area at all times
• Ability to multitask between on-going projects and daily work orders
• Follow all maintenance procedures and safety guidelines
• Operate outdoor equipment
• Communicate effectively with guests and co-workers to complete daily work orders
• Complete various preventive maintenance assignments
• Collaborate with other departments as needed

Tailwater Lodge Altmar, Tapestry Collection by Hilton is currently seeking a Full Time Maintenance Technician to work the PM Shift.

Responsibilities:

• Basic understanding of building components, HVAC, electrical, carpentry, landscaping, snow removal and plumbing a plus
• Maintain a clean, organized and hazard free work area at all times
• Ability to multitask between on-going projects and daily work orders
• Follow all maintenance procedures and safety guidelines
• Operation of outdoor equipment
• Must be able to communicate effectively and accurately with guests and co-workers in order to complete daily work orders
• Complete various preventive maintenance assignments
• Works in conjunction with other departments as needed

Qualifications:

• Must possess a positive attitude
• Two Years of Maintenance experience
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Must have a valid drivers license
