Job summary

Sack Capital Partners, Denver, CO, is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician for 39 North Apartments. You will lead a skilled trades team, applying your plumbing, carpentry, and electrical troubleshooting skills to keep buildings and amenities running smoothly.

Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years of experience in property maintenance, apartment maintenance, facilities maintenance, or a related field.
• Strong plumbing and fixture repair experience.
• Knowledge of general maintenance, basic electrical systems, HVAC, and carpentry.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively in a team environment.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, install, and repair plumbing systems, pipes, fixtures, leaks, and clogs.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on HVAC systems, electrical components, appliances, drywall, and general carpentry.
• Respond to work orders and service requests in a timely and professional manner.
• Assist with apartment turns and prepare vacant units for new resident move-ins.
• Conduct daily inspections of buildings, common areas, and community amenities to ensure safety, cleanliness, and proper operation.
• Maintain community amenities and facilities in excellent condition.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to residents, vendors, and team members.
