Responsibilities

• Handling general maintenance tasks around the property: light electrical, carpentry, painting, and other requests
• Responding to maintenance tickets and keeping things running smoothly for tenants/residents/staff
• Doing preventative maintenance so small problems don't turn into emergencies
• Keeping tools, parts, and your work area organized (chaos is for amateurs)
