Merge Management in Enid, OK is seeking a Working Maintenance Technician to oversee the maintenance operations of the property, ensuring safe, efficient, and reliable systems.

Ideal candidates bring strong hands-on skills across HVAC, plumbing, electrical, painting, carpentry, and sheetrock framing, plus a minimum of 5 years in apartment maintenance and 2 years as a supervisor, with a valid HVAC cert and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• HVAC certification is required.
• Minimum 2 years' experience as an Apartment Maintenance Supervisor.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in Apartment Maintenance.
• Strong knowledge of central air & heat, plumbing, electrical, painting, carpentry and sheetrock framing.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance operations for the property to ensure safety and reliability.
• Coordinate repairs, preventive maintenance, and vendor relationships.
• Assist residents with maintenance requests and ensure high service standards.
