Job summary

The Coca-Cola Company in Hawaii seeks a Maintenance Technician to provide comprehensive maintenance support for Plant Operations and facility equipment, including industrial production lines. You will diagnose, repair, and maintain boilers, chillers, HVAC, and related systems to meet GMP and cost objectives.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED, with an associate/technical degree preferred and a minimum of 3 years' experience in manufacturing maintenance; PLC knowledge, welding,

Qualifications

• High school Diploma or GED; Associates or technical degree preferred.
• Must be able to achieve passing score at the Tech 1 level of the Maintenance Technician evaluation.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in manufacturing maintenance with diagnostic, troubleshooting, and preventative maintenance experience.
• Working knowledge of Programmable Logic Controller (PLC), mechanical, electrical, lubrication, fabrication, pneumatic and hydraulics.
• Prior welding experience is preferred.

• Perform skilled maintenance and repair of Industrial Production and Facility equipment including fillers, Conveyors, Box-Formers, Boilers, Chillers, HVAC, Wastewater, And Treated Water Systems.
• Complete building maintenance tasks and troubleshoot equipment safely and efficiently to support plant and departmental goals while meeting Quality, Service, GMP, and cost objectives.
• Satisfactorily complete lift training courses and safely operate a forklift and high reach.
• Utilize computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) to track all work.
• Properly trouble-shoot and maintains production lines and/or batching/processing equipment.

As our Maintenance Technician, you will provide overall maintenance support for our Plant Operations, Facility and Industrial equipment.

Position Related Responsibilities and Key Job Duties
