Job summary

NOV is seeking a Maintenance Technician in San Antonio, TX to support manufacturing operations by troubleshooting electrical systems, performing preventative maintenance, and calibrating equipment. The role requires strong safety practices, the ability to read schematics, and the capacity to work with minimal supervision on multiple projects.

Responsibilities include coordinating with supervisors, using PPE, and ensuring a safe, clean work environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Electrical license/certification preferred.
• Ability to pass drug screen & background check.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshooting of equipment including electrical disconnects and main switchgear.
• Perform preventative maintenance on equipment.
• Calibrate various equipment.
• Wear PPE and follow safety procedures.
• Coordinate with supervision to minimize downtime.
• Read and interpret safety rules and maintenance manuals.
