Qualifications

• Education: Must have technical or vocational certificates or some college courses.
• 48 months of related experience in Allen Bradley, Hydraulics, Robotics, and Welding.
• Maintenance Technician 'A' level; proficient at troubleshooting die casting machine cells via PLCs and electrical/hydraulic schematics.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose mechanical, electrical/electronic, hydraulic and combustion issues and determine effective repairs to prevent recurrence.
• Navigate ladder logic in SLC 500, PLC 5 and ControlLogix for troubleshooting faults.
• Modify positions and diagnose problems on ABB robots (M94, M98, M2000, M2600, M6700).
• Install, move, and align equipment; operate machine shop equipment with accuracy.
• Perform gas and electric welding; complete repair records and maintain a clean work area.
• Carry out preventive and proactive maintenance on plant equipment and support supervision.
