GreenWood, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform preventive, predictive, and routine maintenance on production and facilities equipment. You will troubleshoot electrical and mechanical systems, repair PLC-controlled machinery, and ensure safe, efficient operations across shifts.

Strong CMMS, Office software skills, and a solid safety record are essential. Experience in manufacturing environments and predictive maintenance techniques is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or 5+ years maintenance experience.
• Strong safety record and clear communication skills.
• Experience with electrical/mechanical troubleshooting and PLCs.
• Proficiency with CMMS and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive, predictive, and routine maintenance on production equipment.
• Troubleshoot issues and repair production and facility equipment to maximize uptime.
• Follow safety procedures and foster a safety-first culture.
• Utilize CMMS to manage work orders and track parts usage.
• Participate in continuous improvement activities and shift meetings.
• Rebuild equipment, align gears/pulleys/belts, and replace parts as needed.
• Conduct predictive maintenance using vibration, ultrasonic, oil, and thermography.
