Job summary

Pregis LLC is seeking a maintenance technician to support production, packaging and processing equipment in a 100% on-site manufacturing environment. You will troubleshoot PLC systems, perform preventive maintenance, read electrical schematics, and uphold safety and quality standards while working within a high-demand production setting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 5+ years’ experience as maintenance technician in manufacturing
• Ability to read mechanical/electrical drawings
• Experience with PLC systems and electrical schematics

Responsibilities

• Maintain production, packaging and processing equipment and utilities
• Troubleshoot PLC systems and perform emergency repairs as needed
• Read and interpret technical procedures, schematics and work orders
• Perform preventative maintenance and monitor SPC charts
• Ensure proper function of line support systems and CIP
• Complete work orders accurately and document SOPs
• Maintain inventory of parts and supplies and report low levels
• Keep work area clean and compliant with MSS and CCP requirements
