Qualifications

• Read blueprints and manuals to diagnose issues and implement fixes.
• Perform preventive maintenance and assist with equipment upgrades and new installations.

Responsibilities

• Provide emergency and unscheduled repair of production equipment.
• Program and modify PLC logic to repair or improve line performance.
• Conduct predictive maintenance by analyzing failures and planning corrective actions.
• Train other personnel on troubleshooting and repair techniques.
