Job summary

Paycom - ATS in Hazleton, PA is seeking a Maintenance Technician to maintain and repair manufacturing equipment, perform preventative maintenance, and ensure production runs safely and to quality standards.

You will read blueprints, troubleshoot electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic and mechanical systems, coordinate with contractors, and document maintenance activities while following PPE, SDS and Lock-out/Tag-out procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience levels defined: Level 1-3 with years of related experience.
• Proficient in PLCs, troubleshooting, and mechanical/electrical systems.
• Knowledge of PPE, SDS, LOTO, and safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Interact with production, QA and maintenance to improve plant output and safety.
• Read blueprints and technical manuals and implement changes.
• Troubleshoot equipment and perform preventative maintenance.
• Coordinate with outside contractors as needed.
• Record and report maintenance data and keep equipment clean.
