Job summary

PBC Linear is seeking a Maintenance Technician to install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production and facility equipment at our Illinois site. The role emphasizes safety, predictive maintenance, and adherence to productive maintenance processes to support our manufacturing goals.

Responsibilities include handling hydraulic/pneumatic systems, diagnosing issues, performing repairs, and conducting preventive maintenance while ensuring a clean, safe work environment and compliance with

Qualifications

High school diploma/GED with craft apprenticeship or equivalent
2+ years of manufacturing experience; strong hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical and industrial skill

Responsibilities

Install and maintain production machines and plant equipment.
Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs of production equipment during production and performs scheduled maintenance repairs during machine service.
Perform simple machinist duties and responsibilities.
Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, test and make adjustments.
Perform regular preventive maintenance on machines, equipment and plant facilities.
