Responsibilities include working independently on maintenance projects and ensuring the timely correction of work orders. Candidates should be prepared for physical demands, including heavy lifting and working in adverse conditions.

Qualifications

• Demonstrates expertise in one trade and understanding of healthcare regulatory standards.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• Ability to lift 75 to 100 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and engineering duties.
• Coordinate work to ensure timely and cost-effective completion of work orders.
• Perform inspections of buildings and equipment.
