Job summary

Atlantic Health System in Summit, New Jersey seeks a facilities maintenance worker responsible for maintaining the organization's facilities and equipment. The role includes performing repairs and inspections across plumbing, electrical, heating/AC, painting, and general maintenance tasks.

You will document work orders, track parts and par levels, and coordinate with the Coordinator to prioritize requests and schedule work. Additional duties may be assigned as needed.

Responsibilities

• Performs repair, maintenance and inspections on off-site facility equipment including minor plumbing, electrical, heating/AC, paint and wallboard repair and any general maintenance needs as required
• Responsible for completing work orders to document work completed, parts used and par levels maintained
• Works with the Coordinator to prioritize work requests based on immediate needs and schedule
• Other relevant duties as assigned
