Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair CNC machines, robotics, and production equipment.
• Perform mechanical maintenance on bearings, belts, gears, hydraulics, and related systems.
• Conduct electrical maintenance on wiring, control panels, sensors, and PLCs.
• Use SAP CMMS to document work and order replacement parts.
• Follow safety and quality protocols in a team environment.

Location: Newton, NC
Pay: $27 - $32/hr (based on experience)

Shifts Available:

• 2nd Shift: 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM (Monday - Friday)
• 3rd Shift: 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM (Sunday - Thursday)

What You’ll Do:

• Troubleshoot and repair CNC machines, robotics (Fanuc preferred), and other production equipment.
• Perform mechanical maintenance: bearings, ball screws, belts, gearboxes, hydraulics, air/fluid lines, and heat treat ovens.
• Conduct electrical maintenance: wiring systems, control panels, sensors, PLCs, motors, heating elements, and building systems.
• Use computerized maintenance systems (SAP) to document work and order replacement parts.
• Follow safety, environmental, and quality protocols while working in a team-oriented environment.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent (further technical education is a plus).
• 2-5 years of maintenance technician experience in an industrial setting.
• Experience with CNC machines and robotics troubleshooting (programming not required).
• Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
• Ability to work any shift, overtime, and flexible schedule as needed.
