Job summary

Manpower Group (USA) in Newton, NC is seeking a Maintenance Technician for 2nd or 3rd shift to troubleshoot and repair CNC machines, robotics, and other production equipment. The role covers mechanical and electrical maintenance in an AC, temperature-controlled environment, with a strong emphasis on safety and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Must have 2–5 years of industrial maintenance experience.
• Experience with CNC machines and robotics troubleshooting (programming not required).
• Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
• Ability to work any shift, overtime, and rotating weekend schedule as needed.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair CNC machines, robotics, and production equipment.
• Perform mechanical maintenance on bearings, belts, gears, hydraulics, and related systems.
• Conduct electrical maintenance on wiring, control panels, sensors, and PLCs.
• Use SAP CMMS to document work and order replacement parts.
• Follow safety and quality protocols in a team environment.
