ZRS Management LLC in the United States is seeking a Maintenance Technician to service residents and work with the Maintenance Supervisor. The role involves hands-on repairs, turnover tasks, and ensuring safety.

You will perform plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliance maintenance, maintain common areas, and help support a preventive maintenance program. Valid driver's license is required; EPA certification is preferred.

Qualificações

• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
• EPA certification preferred; if required at a specific property, certification must be obtained within 90 days of employment start date.
• Maintenance experience in plumbing, electrical, HVAC and appliances required or preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Perform independent maintenance repairs across plumbing, electrical, HVAC and appliances.
• Complete apartment turnover maintenance within 3–5 business days with turnover checklist.
• Maintain common areas: sweeping, mopping, vacuuming and routine exterior upkeep.
• Ensure safety and proper operation of all equipment; observe safety rules.
• Enter newly purchased tools or equipment into inventory.
